Began with a personal experience that became a professional mission. After moving into a newly built home in Highland, Utah, my family and I were excited to settle in and get to know our neighbors. But we soon noticed something surprising—our children’s friends stopped visiting.

It turns out that, on more than one occasion, they had spotted spiders inside our home. So I called a family friend with years of experience in the pest control industry. Not long after, we experienced what it was like to live in a truly pest-free home. No more spider sightings. No more kids yelling, “Dad! There’s a spider!” And best of all—their friends started hanging out again.

That experience left a lasting impact. In 2004, I teamed up with that same friend to launch Guardian Pest Control. That simple phone call turned into a business—and it’s been our mission ever since to give other families the same peace of mind we felt.
